The World's Greatest Stretch combines a deep lunge with a thoracic rotation, enhancing flexibility and mobility throughout the body. It primarily targets the hip, groin, and back, and is great for warming up before workouts.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
  2. Step one foot forward outside your hand into a deep lunge.
  3. Lower your hips and keep your back leg straight.
  4. Rotate your torso towards the front leg, extending the same-side arm upwards.
  5. Hold briefly, then return to the plank and switch sides.
