The World's Greatest Stretch combines a deep lunge with a thoracic rotation, enhancing flexibility and mobility throughout the body. It primarily targets the hip, groin, and back, and is great for warming up before workouts.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
- Step one foot forward outside your hand into a deep lunge.
- Lower your hips and keep your back leg straight.
- Rotate your torso towards the front leg, extending the same-side arm upwards.
- Hold briefly, then return to the plank and switch sides.
