Punch Step Forward is a dynamic exercise combining a forward step with a punch, enhancing coordination, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. It's excellent for improving balance and engaging the core while simultaneously working the upper body.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands in guard position near the face.
- Step forward with your left foot, bending the knees slightly for balance.
- Simultaneously extend your right arm forward in a punching motion.
- Retract the punch and step back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the opposite side, maintaining core engagement throughout.
