Punch Step Forward is a dynamic exercise combining a forward step with a punch, enhancing coordination, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. It's excellent for improving balance and engaging the core while simultaneously working the upper body.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands in guard position near the face.
  2. Step forward with your left foot, bending the knees slightly for balance.
  3. Simultaneously extend your right arm forward in a punching motion.
  4. Retract the punch and step back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side, maintaining core engagement throughout.
