Shuffle Hops are an invigorating bodyweight exercise that combines the dynamic movement of hopping with a shuffle-like forward and backward footwork. This exercise engages your lower body muscles, enhances agility, and boosts coordination, making it an excellent addition to any cardio workout routine. With hands on hips, it encourages proper posture and core engagement.

How to do it

  1. Begin by standing tall with your feet together and your hands resting on your hips. Engage your core to maintain stability and balance.
  2. Shift your weight to one foot and hop forward with the opposite foot, landing softly to minimize impact on the joints. Ensure both knees are slightly bent.
  3. Quickly shuffle the rear foot forward while the front foot hops back to the starting position, maintaining a smooth, fluid motion throughout the exercise. Repeat this sequence continuously for the desired duration.
