How to do it
- Sit on the rowing machine and secure your feet in the foot pedals.
- Grab the handle with both hands, maintaining a relaxed grip.
- Push with your legs, then lean back slightly while pulling the handle towards your chest.
- Return to the starting position by extending your arms, leaning forward, and bending your knees.
- Maintain a smooth, continuous motion and keep your core engaged throughout.
