The Cable One-Arm Bent-Over Row is an effective exercise for targeting the upper back and improving strength and stability. It is performed by rowing a cable handle toward the torso while bent over, engaging the back and shoulder muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Grasp the cable handle with one hand, arm extended down.
  4. Pull the handle toward your torso, squeezing the shoulder blade, then slowly lower back.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
