The Cable One-Arm Bent-Over Row is an effective exercise for targeting the upper back and improving strength and stability. It is performed by rowing a cable handle toward the torso while bent over, engaging the back and shoulder muscles.
How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the cable handle with one hand, arm extended down.
- Pull the handle toward your torso, squeezing the shoulder blade, then slowly lower back.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
