The Barbell Bent-Over Wide-Grip Row targets the upper and middle back muscles, enhancing posture and back strength. The exercise involves bending forward at the hips with a wide grip on the barbell, pulling it towards the torso.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with a wide grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Pull the barbell toward your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the barbell back down in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
