The fixed bar back stretch is designed to improve flexibility and relieve tension in the back and shoulder muscles. It also helps in improving posture by allowing an elongation of the spine and shoulder muscles, providing relief from tight muscles.
How to do it
- Stand upright facing a fixed bar.
- Grip the bar with one hand, positioning your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lean back, allowing your hips to shift backwards.
- Keep the arm straight, stretching the back and shoulder.
