How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handle in one hand, keeping the palm downward.
- Initiate the row by pulling the handle towards your torso while rotating the palm to face up.
- Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
- Return to the starting position, controlling the cable's resistance.
