The Cable Palm Rotational Row is a dynamic exercise targeting the upper back muscles, incorporating a twisting motion for enhanced core engagement. This movement improves strength, stability, and coordination, particularly in rotational sports.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handle in one hand, keeping the palm downward.
  3. Initiate the row by pulling the handle towards your torso while rotating the palm to face up.
  4. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  5. Return to the starting position, controlling the cable's resistance.
