How to do it

  1. Set the gymnastics rings to a desired height and grasp them firmly.
  2. Lean back until your body is at an angle, keeping your core engaged.
  3. Pull your body towards the rings, keeping elbows close.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining form.
