How to do it
- Set the gymnastics rings to a desired height and grasp them firmly.
- Lean back until your body is at an angle, keeping your core engaged.
- Pull your body towards the rings, keeping elbows close.
- Pause briefly, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining form.
