How to do it
- Sit on the bench with feet flat on the ground, knees bent.
- Grip the V Bar Attachment with an underhand grip, arms extended overhead.
- Pull the bar down towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
