Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Cable Incline Biceps Curl targets the biceps by positioning the body on an incline bench and using a cable machine. This setup allows for a greater range of motion and continuous tension on the muscles, which can enhance muscle activation and growth.
How to do it
- Set an incline bench at approximately 45 degrees in front of the cable machine.
- Sit on the bench, gripping the cable handle with an underhand grip, arms fully extended.
- Keeping your elbows close to your body, curl the handle towards your shoulders.
- Pause at the top, then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Maintain a steady tempo and ensure your core is engaged throughout the movement.
