The Cable Incline Biceps Curl targets the biceps by positioning the body on an incline bench and using a cable machine. This setup allows for a greater range of motion and continuous tension on the muscles, which can enhance muscle activation and growth.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench at approximately 45 degrees in front of the cable machine.
  2. Sit on the bench, gripping the cable handle with an underhand grip, arms fully extended.
  3. Keeping your elbows close to your body, curl the handle towards your shoulders.
  4. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain a steady tempo and ensure your core is engaged throughout the movement.
