Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The cable lying curl is a resistance exercise targeting the biceps while lying on the back. It effectively isolates the biceps by reducing body momentum, allowing for a controlled range of motion and enhancing muscle hypertrophy in the arms.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor.
- Grasp the cable handle with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your body.
- Curl the handle towards your shoulders by bending the elbows.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
