The cable lying curl is a resistance exercise targeting the biceps while lying on the back. It effectively isolates the biceps by reducing body momentum, allowing for a controlled range of motion and enhancing muscle hypertrophy in the arms.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Grasp the cable handle with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your body.
  4. Curl the handle towards your shoulders by bending the elbows.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
