How to do it

  1. Stand facing the dip bar, arms fully extended down, and grip the bar with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Engage your core to maintain a stable position and keep your elbows close to your body.
  3. Without swinging your body, curl your body upwards by bending your elbows, bringing your chest closer to the bar.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your biceps before gently lowering back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a controlled motion throughout.
