The Dumbbell Standing Arms Rotate is an exercise targeting the biceps while also engaging forearm muscles. It involves holding dumbbells with a neutral grip and rotating the wrists during curls, improving arm strength and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Start with palms facing each other (neutral grip).
  3. Curl the dumbbells upward while simultaneously rotating the wrists outward.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower the weights back to the starting position, rotating wrists inward.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining controlled motion.
