The Dumbbell Standing Arms Rotate is an exercise targeting the biceps while also engaging forearm muscles. It involves holding dumbbells with a neutral grip and rotating the wrists during curls, improving arm strength and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.
- Start with palms facing each other (neutral grip).
- Curl the dumbbells upward while simultaneously rotating the wrists outward.
- Pause at the top, then lower the weights back to the starting position, rotating wrists inward.
- Repeat for desired reps, maintaining controlled motion.
