How to do it
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms straight, extending them in front of your hips.
- Select one arm and gently bend your hand back towards the opposite direction to feel a stretch in the biceps.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds.
- Switch to the other arm and repeat the exercise.
