The band biceps curl is a resistance exercise targeting the biceps muscles. It helps in building arm strength and improving muscle tone. This exercise effectively isolates the biceps, promoting growth and endurance.
How to do it
- Stand on a resistance band with feet hip-width apart.
- Hold the handles with an underhand grip, arms extended down by thighs.
- Keep elbows close to the body and curl the handles toward shoulders.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
