The band biceps curl is a resistance exercise targeting the biceps muscles. It helps in building arm strength and improving muscle tone. This exercise effectively isolates the biceps, promoting growth and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Hold the handles with an underhand grip, arms extended down by thighs.
  3. Keep elbows close to the body and curl the handles toward shoulders.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
