How to do it

  1. Adjust the preacher curl bench to a comfortable height.
  2. Sit and place your upper arms on the bench's pad and hold the rope attachment with a neutral grip.
  3. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
  4. Curl the rope towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top.
  5. Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position and repeat.
