The lever biceps curl is an isolation exercise targeting the biceps muscles. It helps build strength and size in the arms, focusing on the biceps brachii by using a fixed machine for controlled movements.
How to do it
- Adjust the seat height so your arms align with the handles.
- Sit with your back against the pad and grip the handles firmly.
- Curl your arms upward by contracting your biceps, keeping elbows stationary.
- Squeeze at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
