The Cable Preacher Curl with rope attachment targets the biceps, focusing on building strength and size. It isolates the biceps by reducing shoulder involvement and adds variety to the traditional curl movement using a cable system and a preacher bench, allowing continuous tension throughout the range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat height of the preacher bench so that your arms rest comfortably on the pad.
  2. Attach a rope to the low pulley and grasp it with an underhand grip.
  3. With your upper arms on the pad, curl the rope towards your shoulders by contracting your biceps.
  4. Squeeze at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the exercise.
