How to do it

  1. Secure a suspension trainer overhead.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand, arm extended.
  3. Stand at an angle leaning back, keeping core tight.
  4. Pull yourself up by bending your elbow while keeping your body stable.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
