Perform a dumbbell preacher curl using an exercise ball to enhance bicep isolation. This exercise focuses on maximizing the contraction and strength of the biceps by providing support to the arms, reducing momentum.

How to do it

  1. Kneel in front of an exercise ball and place your upper arms on it.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip.
  3. Slowly curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders, focusing on your biceps.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the curl.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
