The Cable Seated One-Arm Concentration Curl targets the biceps in a controlled manner, enhancing muscle peak and definition. It focuses on isolating the biceps while minimizing shoulder and back involvement. The exercise promotes muscle growth and strength in the biceps.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench, slightly bent forward, with feet flat.
  2. Grasp the cable handle with one hand, elbow resting on the inner thigh.
  3. Curl the handle upwards, squeezing the biceps at the top.
  4. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
