How to do it
- Sit on a sturdy chair or bench, holding a bottle in each hand.
- Keep your feet flat on the floor and maintain a straight posture.
- Start with arms hanging at your sides, palms facing inward.
- Curl one bottle towards your shoulder, rotating your palm upward as you lift.
- Lower the bottle back to the starting position and repeat with the other hand.
