The Bottle Weighted Alternate Biceps Curl is an exercise targeting the biceps by lifting weight in a seated position. This exercise helps to build and tone the upper arm muscles while improving strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a sturdy chair or bench, holding a bottle in each hand.
  2. Keep your feet flat on the floor and maintain a straight posture.
  3. Start with arms hanging at your sides, palms facing inward.
  4. Curl one bottle towards your shoulder, rotating your palm upward as you lift.
  5. Lower the bottle back to the starting position and repeat with the other hand.
