How to do it

  1. Sit on the ground and hold the towel with both hands.
  2. Lift your legs slightly off the ground and bend your knees.
  3. Perform a reverse curl by pulling the towel toward you, engaging your biceps.
  4. Keep your core tight and maintain this position throughout the movement.
  5. Lower slowly and repeat for the desired number of reps.
