The Dumbbell Standing One-Arm Concentration Curl targets the biceps and is performed by bending over and using a dumbbell to isolate the bicep in each arm. It promotes muscle growth and increases arm strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Bend slightly forward at the hips, allowing the working arm to hang.
  3. Curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow stationary.
  4. Squeeze the bicep at the top, then lower slowly.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
