The Dumbbell Standing One-Arm Concentration Curl targets the biceps and is performed by bending over and using a dumbbell to isolate the bicep in each arm. It promotes muscle growth and increases arm strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in one hand.
- Bend slightly forward at the hips, allowing the working arm to hang.
- Curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow stationary.
- Squeeze the bicep at the top, then lower slowly.
