EZ Bar Seated Curls focus on isolating the biceps while providing support to the lower back. This exercise enhances upper arm strength and muscle size. Sitting on a bench helps stabilize the body and minimizes the involvement of other muscle groups.
How to do it
- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor and hold an EZ Barbell with an underhand grip.
- Position your elbows close to your torso and keep the back straight.
- Curl the bar towards your shoulders while exhaling, squeezing the biceps.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position while inhaling.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining control throughout.
