The Doorway Biceps Curl is an isometric exercise aimed at strengthening the biceps. By using a sturdy surface like a doorway, the exercise also engages stabilizer muscles in the arms and shoulders. It's a great option for building muscle endurance and improving arm stability without weights.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a sturdy doorway with arms extended forward.
  2. Place your palms against the sides of the doorway at chest height.
  3. Apply force by attempting to curl your arms inward, as if performing a bicep curl.
  4. Maintain the pressure for a specified time, keeping your core engaged.
  5. Slowly release and relax before repeating.
