Equipment
The Doorway Biceps Curl is an isometric exercise aimed at strengthening the biceps. By using a sturdy surface like a doorway, the exercise also engages stabilizer muscles in the arms and shoulders. It's a great option for building muscle endurance and improving arm stability without weights.
How to do it
- Stand facing a sturdy doorway with arms extended forward.
- Place your palms against the sides of the doorway at chest height.
- Apply force by attempting to curl your arms inward, as if performing a bicep curl.
- Maintain the pressure for a specified time, keeping your core engaged.
- Slowly release and relax before repeating.
