How to do it
- Sit on a bench with legs spread, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Bend forward slightly, resting elbows on the inner thighs.
- Curl the dumbbells up towards the shoulders while keeping elbows stationary.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
- Lower the weights back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
