The seated double concentration curl isolates and strengthens the biceps while promoting balance and coordination. It involves curling dumbbells with both arms simultaneously while sitting, allowing for focused muscle contraction.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with legs spread, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Bend forward slightly, resting elbows on the inner thighs.
  3. Curl the dumbbells up towards the shoulders while keeping elbows stationary.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the weights back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
