How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the SZ bar with an underhand close grip.
  2. Keep elbows at your sides and curl the bar towards your shoulders by flexing your elbows.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, squeezing the biceps, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
