How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides, palms facing forward.
- Slowly step one foot forward, bending at the knee while keeping your back straight.
- As you step, perform a biceps curl by flexing your elbows and bringing your palms toward your shoulders.
- Pause briefly, feeling the contraction in your biceps, then return to the starting position.
- Alternate legs, performing the same steps for each side to complete your set.
