The dumbbell reverse-grip row targets the upper back and biceps by extending the arms in a reverse grip and pulling the dumbbells towards the torso. This exercise enhances back strength and biceps development.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with a reverse grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight, and let the arms hang straight down.
  3. Row the dumbbells towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
