How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab the rope attachment with both hands, keeping arms straight.
- Pull the rope down in an arc until your hands reach your thighs.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
