The lever unilateral row is an exercise focused on building strength and muscle in the upper back and biceps. This exercise targets the muscles individually, allowing for better muscle isolation and correcting any imbalances between the sides.
How to do it
- Place one hand on the machine to support your weight.
- Grip the handle with the other hand, arm extended downward.
- Pull the handle towards your torso, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly lower the handle to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
