The Ring Wide-Grip Inverted Row is an effective bodyweight exercise targeting the upper back and arm muscles. By pulling the body upward using gymnastics rings, this exercise enhances pulling strength and improves posture while engaging the core and stabilizing muscles.
How to do it
- Set up gymnastics rings at about waist height.
- Position yourself under the rings, gripping them with arms extended and body in a straight line.
- Keep a wide grip with arms slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Engage the core and pull your chest towards the rings, pinching shoulder blades together.
- Lower back to start position with control, maintaining body alignment.
