The Palm Press Back is an exercise that targets upper back muscles and shoulder blades without equipment. It helps improve posture and shoulder mobility by engaging and activating muscles in the back and shoulder areas.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
  2. Keep palms open and facing backwards, thumbs pointing towards the ground.
  3. Press your palms back while squeezing shoulder blades together, maintaining tension.
  4. Hold for a moment at the back before releasing and returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
