The Side Step Rear Delt Row combines lateral movement with a rowing action to engage the posterior deltoids and improve shoulder stability. This exercise also targets the lower body through dynamic stepping, enhancing coordination and muscle endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright, feet together, arms slightly bent.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in.
  3. Step to the side with the right foot, lowering slightly.
  4. Pull elbows back, squeezing shoulder blades.
  5. Return to start position and repeat on the other side.
