The Side Step Rear Delt Row combines lateral movement with a rowing action to engage the posterior deltoids and improve shoulder stability. This exercise also targets the lower body through dynamic stepping, enhancing coordination and muscle endurance.
How to do it
- Stand upright, feet together, arms slightly bent.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in.
- Step to the side with the right foot, lowering slightly.
- Pull elbows back, squeezing shoulder blades.
- Return to start position and repeat on the other side.
