How to do it
- Position yourself on the leverage machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, maintaining a slight bend in the knees.
- Keep your back straight and chest up as you pull the handles toward your chest.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
