The Lever T-Bar Row is a strength exercise targeting the back muscles. It’s effective for building overall back thickness and strength, emphasizing the middle back. This exercise is performed in a bent-over position, engaging multiple muscle groups for enhanced muscle activation.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself on the leverage machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, maintaining a slight bend in the knees.
  3. Keep your back straight and chest up as you pull the handles toward your chest.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
