The Lever Assisted Chin-Up is an exercise that uses a machine to help reduce the resistance needed for chin-ups, allowing the user to focus on strengthening the upper body muscles. It primarily targets the back and biceps, improving overall upper-body strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the weight on the assisted chin-up machine to an appropriate level.
  2. Grasp the handles with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Kneel on the platform and extend your arms fully.
  4. Pull your body upward until your chin is level with the handles.
  5. Lower your body back to the starting position, controlling the descent.
