How to do it
- Adjust the weight on the assisted chin-up machine to an appropriate level.
- Grasp the handles with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
- Kneel on the platform and extend your arms fully.
- Pull your body upward until your chin is level with the handles.
- Lower your body back to the starting position, controlling the descent.
