How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.
  2. Raise your arms overhead, keeping them straight, and interlock your fingers.
  3. Gently stretch upward, feeling the stretch in your back and shoulders.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds, then return to start.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
