The Smith Single Arm Bent-Over Row targets the back muscles, enhancing strength and stability. This unilateral exercise helps correct muscle imbalances and build muscle mass in the back.

How to do it

  1. Position a Smith Machine barbell at knee height.
  2. Stand side-on to the bar with feet shoulder-width apart, bending at the hips.
  3. Grip the bar with one hand, keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent.
  4. Pull the bar towards your hip, engaging the lats.
  5. Lower the bar back to the starting position and repeat.
