The Smith Single Arm Bent-Over Row targets the back muscles, enhancing strength and stability. This unilateral exercise helps correct muscle imbalances and build muscle mass in the back.
How to do it
- Position a Smith Machine barbell at knee height.
- Stand side-on to the bar with feet shoulder-width apart, bending at the hips.
- Grip the bar with one hand, keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Pull the bar towards your hip, engaging the lats.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position and repeat.
