How to do it
- Grab the pull-up bar with a close, underhand grip.
- Start with arms fully extended and feet off the ground.
- Pull your body upwards until your chin clears the bar.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
