The Cable Straight Back Seated Row is an effective exercise for strengthening the back muscles. It involves pulling a cable attachment towards you while keeping the back straight, targeting the muscles in the middle and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the bench with feet flat and knees slightly bent.
  2. Grasp the V Bar Attachment with both hands, palms facing each other.
  3. Keep your back straight and pull the handle towards your torso.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then slowly extend arms forward.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining proper form.
