The Cable Straight Back Seated Row is an effective exercise for strengthening the back muscles. It involves pulling a cable attachment towards you while keeping the back straight, targeting the muscles in the middle and upper back.
How to do it
- Sit on the bench with feet flat and knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the V Bar Attachment with both hands, palms facing each other.
- Keep your back straight and pull the handle towards your torso.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then slowly extend arms forward.
- Repeat for desired reps, maintaining proper form.
