The Stepback Pulldown is a dynamic exercise that combines a backward stepping motion with an upper body pull. It primarily targets the back and legs, enhancing strength and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, hands positioned above head.
  2. Step back with one leg into a lunge, simultaneously pulling arms down toward your sides.
  3. Engage your core and maintain balance as you return to the standing position.
  4. Repeat the motion, alternating sides.
