Jumping Jacks are a full-body exercise that improves cardiovascular health and endurance. The movement involves jumping to a position with the legs spread and the arms going overhead, then returning to a standing position with arms at the sides. It raises the heart rate and engages multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Simultaneously jump while spreading your legs to shoulder-width apart and raise your arms over your head.
  3. Quickly reverse the movement, jumping back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the movement at a steady pace for the desired number of repetitions.
