How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Inhale as you lower your body into a squat, swinging your arms back.
- Exhale as you stand up, swinging your arms forward.
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout.
- Repeat the movement in a continuous, fluid motion.
