How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly out.
- Engage the core and keep chest upright as you lower your hips back and down.
- Push knees outward and lower until thighs are parallel to the ground.
- Press through heels to return to the starting position.
- Maintain an even pace throughout the movement.
