Lever Reverse Hyperextension is an exercise that targets the lower back and glutes using a plate-loaded machine. It helps in enhancing lower body strength, improving posture, and increasing core stability.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself face down on the bench with your hips just hanging off.
  2. Secure your feet under the provided pads.
  3. Grasp the handles at the front of the bench to stabilize your upper body.
  4. Engage your core and lift your legs until they are parallel to the floor.
  5. Lower your legs back down with control and repeat.
