How to do it
- Position yourself face down on the bench with your hips just hanging off.
- Secure your feet under the provided pads.
- Grasp the handles at the front of the bench to stabilize your upper body.
- Engage your core and lift your legs until they are parallel to the floor.
- Lower your legs back down with control and repeat.
