How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Step forward with one foot, bending the knee slightly.
  3. Drive the opposite knee upward toward the chest.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
  5. Maintain a strong core and steady pace throughout.
