The Butt Kick with Row is a cardiovascular and strength exercise combining a leg movement with an upper body rowing motion. It enhances aerobic fitness while engaging the lower body and upper back muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms extended forward.
  2. Kick your right heel toward your butt while pulling elbows back in a rowing motion.
  3. Return to start and repeat with the opposite leg.
  4. Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Focus on controlled movements and maintain balance.
