Hop Toe Tap is a dynamic exercise focusing on lower body power and coordination. It involves alternating hops with a toe tap, engaging both stability and balance. This exercise is excellent for developing agility and cardiovascular endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Lift one foot slightly off the ground, preparing to hop.
  3. Hop on the stationary leg while tapping the raised toe to the ground in front.
  4. Alternate feet quickly, maintaining a continuous hopping motion.
  5. Use your arms for balance, keeping core engaged throughout.
